GSA Federal Security Contract - GS-07F-5695P
INTERIOR FURNISHINGS WITH AMULET®BALLISTIC BARRIERS
RECOGNIZED AS PROTECTIVE DEVICE BY US DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY
Amulet Protective Technologies Inc. is proud to make Amulet Ballistic Barrier® technology available to federal, state, and local government entities in partnership with Facilities Development Corporation, a Verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
While you may have already employed measures to detect security breaches, have you thought about what to do should one occur?
Monitoring and screening for threats are only part of the security solution. Being prepared to deal with them is an entirely different matter...especially when a potential threat suddenly becomes a real one. Amulet Ballistic Barriers® are that additional measure, that layer of protection that can help save lives once your security has been breached. Whether in an embassy or consulate, government agency, courtroom, airport or train station, furniture and interior structures embed with Amulet are ready to protect life.
We are committed to supporting your mission with an array of Amulet technologies that work as an integrated solution, fitting seamlessly and invisibly into your interior spaces. Our team of experts will work with you to protect your most precious asset – your people – and thus, bring a higher level of comfort and safety to your world.
NOTE: Contract furnishings embed with Amulet® Ballistic Barriers also serve as a ‘ballistic shield’, providing an additional layer of security to virtually any public environment. The US Federal Government has allocated funds that may be appropriated under the US Homeland Security Grant Program for their procurement (https://www.dhs.gov/homeland-security-grant- program-hsgp). Administered by FEMA (https://www.fema.gov/preparedness- non-disaster-grants) these Grants allow for the procurement a ballistic shield ‘device’ that will protect personnel from small arms fire (AEL/SEL No. 01LE-01-SHLD), as well as blast mitigation from IED’s (AEL/SEL No. 02EX-02-TLEX). Both may be found on the Authorized Equipment List (AEL) shown on the above FEMA web-link.
